In 2021, after multiple dismissals to get a looming lump thoroughly checked, producer and actor Jen Pogue was unfortunately dealt a de novo stage IV triple negative breast cancer diagnosis at the age of 37 yrs. After two years on a cutting edge clinical trial immunotherapy treatment in the care of Toronto's Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, she's now back on her feet and works on many projects as a Key Collaborator, Patient Advocate, Consultant, and Speaker with RETHINK BREAST CANCER. Jen is passionate about spreading awareness for MBC and bridging the gap between research and the patient experience by sharing her story and perspectives.
